When will my order be shipped?
Our goal is to do our possible best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. but in general we will ship all orders within two or three business days. And then communicate with you on the status of your order.
How do I check the status of my order?
You may view the status of your order by logging into our account and clicking on Orders Status.
Confirmations are sent via email within 30 minutes when your order has been received or your shipment has been processed, based on the valid email address provided to us.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email that will contain the tracking information.
Is my personal and credit card information safe on your website?

Why was my order cancelled?
We may have been unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically cancelled.

We ship to US and Canada.
Do you ship to Europe?
Yes, only upon special request. DHL Express will be used to ship if all have agreed on terms.
Can I save the items in my shopping cart and buy them later?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee availability of an item at a later time. Please complete your order as soon as possible to reserve the items.
How do I track my package after it has been shipped?
As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website.
What is your return policy?
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will gladly accept your timely return of unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned. Returned merchandise should include original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.
Merchandise must be returned within 21 days of receipt of merchandise.
Merchandise received after 21 days will be subject to a 15% restocking charge and will only be accepted at our discretion for a store credit.
Customer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Ship the return item(s) to our customer service department (postage required) using a carrier of your choice, preferably an insured service with tracking ability. This will provide you with recourse on your packages as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via e-mail to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they received the refund from us.
